ClawPatla ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our managed AI agent hosting platform and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials managed through Clerk (our identity provider). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect payment information processed securely through Stripe.

1.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including:

  • Conversation metadata (timestamps, model used, token counts)
  • Agent deployment configurations
  • API usage and credit consumption
  • Device information, browser type, and IP address
  • Pages visited and features used

1.3 Conversation Content

Messages sent to and received from AI agents are processed through third-party AI model providers (via OpenRouter). We store conversation history to provide continuity of service and allow you to review past interactions.

1.4 Integration Data

If you connect third-party services (Slack, Telegram), we collect necessary authentication tokens and channel information to facilitate the integration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions
  • Deploy and manage AI agent instances on your behalf
  • Route messages between you and AI models via OpenRouter
  • Monitor usage for billing and rate limiting
  • Send service-related communications
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • AI Model Providers (via OpenRouter): Conversation content is sent to AI model providers to generate responses. Each provider has their own privacy policy.
  • Infrastructure Providers (Hetzner): We use Hetzner Cloud servers hosted in European data centers (Germany, Finland) to run your AI agent instances.
  • Payment Processor (Stripe): Payment information is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
  • Identity Provider (Clerk): Authentication is managed through Clerk.
  • Integration Platforms: If you connect Slack or Telegram, messages are routed through those platforms according to their respective privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Hetzner Cloud, Germany and Finland). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security monitoring and auditing
  • Secure API key management with encryption

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction: Restrict processing of your data
  • Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent at any time

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records).

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
